Lady Gaga channelled Elizabeth Hurley during her latest trip to Milan, Italy by wearing the infamous safety pin dress which propelled the actress to stardom.
The pop superstar has brought her Born This Way Ball tour to the fashionable city, and hooked up with Italian designer Donatella Versace on Monday (01Oct12) at the Versace headquarters, where Gaga donned a revealing scarlet number made by the fashion house.
And she carried on sporting Versace as she made her way to the Mediolanum Forum to perform on Tuesday (02Oct12) - she donned the black low-cut outfit Elizabeth Hurley sported back in 1994.
The cutaway dress, held together with gold safety pins, shot the British beauty to international fame when she wore it on the red carpet of the Four Weddings and a Funeral premiere alongside her then-boyfriend Hugh Grant.
