Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian is facing a possible lawsuit from homeowners on the California coast over a noisy midnight fireworks display at a boat party last week (ends28Aug15).
Kardashian threw a bash for her new beau James Harden's 26th birthday on 25 August (15) but the event sparked a wave of complaints over a 15-minute fireworks extravaganza.
Now 12 local residents in Marina del Rey are to file a group action against Khloe and her mother Kris Jenner for emotional distress, according to TMZ.com.
They are reportedly demanding $7,500 each in damages.
