JoJo Siwa’s Best Red Carpet Looks (So Far)!

On January 23, JoJo Siwa shared a heartfelt post recounting the first year of her life where she was able to live with sincerity in the public eye. She spoke of people being overtly concerned about her young fanbase and whether they should be made aware of her sexuality, and JoJo responded with a beautiful message of acceptance, loyalty to one’s true self, and the coming of a new generation. 

JoJo Siwa is one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People recipients, an early "Dance Moms" star, second place winner of "Dancing With The Stars" (where she was also one-half of the show’s first-ever same-sex duo), and an overall talented performer and entertainer. She also has a signature look -- one so popular that it has been branded and sold across the world as spunky, brightly colored hair bows to wear in Siwa’s tightly-set high ponytail. However, as Siwa has entered into adulthood, her red carpet looks have evolved into a beautiful combination of class and personality. Today, we’ll be taking a look at some of her best looks to date!

2021 Jingle Ball

Siwa ensured that the world knew a new era had been introduced with her rhinestone-and-bow combination jacket, matched perfectly with paper bag-waisted leather shorts, worn at the 2021 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball celebration. Her hair (sans bow) was pulled into a sharp ponytail to show off her glowing smile, but her signature bow could still be found at the top of her cardigan-shaped jacket, encrusted with silver rhinestones and giving the outfit just the right amount of pizazz.

This dress is a perfect combination of everything Siwa embodies -- the classic, stylish off-the-shoulder bodice dips into a gentle V, leaving the paradigmatic silhouette for any young star. The tulle feathers off into short tiers that fall down to her feet, some gathered tightly together and some hanging alone to form a handsome striped pattern that really takes this dress exactly where it needed to be. Plus, this was Siwa’s first time wearing heels on the red carpet!

2021 People’s Choice Awards

Clearly a fan of tulle (for good reason!), JoJo Siwa graced the People’s Choice Awards red carpet in a dainty, blush swath of glittery tulle and rhinestones. The bodice of the dress has draped sleeves that wrap around her neckline, stopping on either side of a plunging V and accented with a line of pink rhinestones, and the skirt tiers off again in a gentle ombre of rose and pinks. Her heels are straight from a fairytale, with a nude heel and clear, glittery siding that even Cinderella would be jealous of.

In perhaps my favorite jumpsuit to ever be crafted, JoJo remained true to her original love of color and fun-loving magnetism with this deep blue ensemble that literally catches the light. Painstakingly covered in sequins varying in blue shades, the jumpsuit is complete with black accent straps, a bow lightly belting in her waist, and killer black-and-rhinstone combination heels. JoJo is perfectly walking that line between “interview-ready” and “boogie on down!”

Homage must be paid in full for JoJo Siwa’s original, outlandish style. The outfit that she wore for her Sweet 16 (hosted by Nickelodeon) is an eclectic mix of "Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century" and shiny party decor, accented by her signature high pony and a bright blue bow. Her top, decorated with bolts of pink and blue lightning, boasts broad shouldercaps that gave Siwa the sci-fi silhouette of our dreams. Her skirt is a glittery shine of reflective strands coming together to make one big puff of extravaganza, and her shoes only serve to shine just as bright.

Whether she’s dancing, singing, or being the role model our children deserve, JoJo Siwa is an undoubtable star. We hope to see more of her evolving fashion style soon, and we simply can’t wait to see what she does next!
