Robocop star Joel Kinnaman is in early negotiations to replace Tom Hardy as Rick Flagg in the much-anticipated Suicide Squad, according to reports.
Hardy recently stepped down from the role as the comic book Squad's leader in David Ayer's film, which will feature Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, and Jared Leto as The Joker.
Joel Edgerton and Jon Bernthal are also being considered for the role, but reports suggest Kinnaman is the frontrunner.
