I haven't, I mean, it's pinned to my profile, but like Yeah. TikTok has me in like a chokehold right now, where I'm like constantly checking my recent videos. Yes. You know, I'm trying to promote a song or whatever, but like that one's just kinda still going and I'm amazed at you know, how well it still does. Yeah. Just cause there's so much stuff on TikTok, but yeah, when whenever I went to drop it, I was like, I texted my management team and I was like, "This is the one." And it was. So I had a feeling. I had a feeling. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

What do you feel like that changed your life?

Oh, without a doubt.

And you have like 9 million views on your YouTube video of it.

Yeah, no, it's it's actually insane, like I was like a little bit of like an interesting part of my career before I posted it, and then it kinda like revitalized everything. Like not that we weren't like going up, but like the numbers were plateaued. We were still making progress and then you know, just got uh, Was in the right place at the right time.

How many comments do you remember of people saying we need new music from you, like more music?

Um, I mean a ton. It was actually insane that like I guess it's not that insane, but it's just TikTok, like some people in the comments were like, "You should release music." And I'm like, I've been releasing music for five years. Yeah, you actually have so many options to go to go listen to right now. Yeah, I'm like, I have literally anything you want, it's out right now, but um, yeah, no, it's just super cool to to see like all that traction go to the old stuff that I released and like put so much work into over the last like four or five years. Yeah. And it gets the attention I feel like it deserves and yeah, you know, hopefully, uh, Billie Eilish should finish, should write another amazing song for me to cover and then I just, you know, do it again.

Well, I mean, I feel like it, I don't know if it's cliché to say like I don't have a type. I think it's more so like like you're mentioning, like personality type, I think is more my speed cause I've like dated all types of different girls. Yeah. Um, at least like looks wise. I mean, they all have like similar I don't wanna say similar personalities cause I like I've grown and I've had some really interesting ones grown up. But uh, yeah, I think just like confidence is key. Yeah. For me. Um, and then I like somebody that's really funny. Okay. Can take a joke. Um, and honestly somebody that's like hmm, really good music taste is important.

That's so important for you. You have to have a good music taste.

Not even like they don't have to like my music, that's that's not it, but like I feel like you're like a significant other, Yeah. you're gonna take road trips with them or something, like can't be fighting over the aux.

Have you been in a relationship with anybody that didn't like your music?

Oh, my music? Yeah.

I mean, I like my senior year of high school, I dated a girl that like didn't like any music that I liked. So, you knew that. That was before I was releasing music, but that was still like insane. It's a wrap. Like we would get in the car and we'd just like ride in silence. Cause we couldn't agree on something.

So, in your song, "Be So Cruel," you talk about having a rebound to get over an ex. Right. And a lot of your songs talk about obviously getting over an ex and stuff and getting over love. How do you personally get over an ex? Besides what you write about in the song?

Um, What advice to people that are going through it right now, cause a lot of people listen to your songs that are trying to get over an ex.

I feel like it's really just a lot about personal time. Yeah. Um, I've I haven't really ever been one to like rebound. I've done it a couple times, which is why I was able to like, you know, write the song. But I feel like it's just a very unhealthy way to go about it. Obviously for you and the person you're rebounding with, it's a little like, you know, unfair. But in the time you don't know it's a rebound. Um, but for me, like the most efficient way to do it is just, you know, take time to yourself. Maybe put whatever effort you were putting into that significant other into your friends or into a hobby that you really enjoy. Uh, yeah, that's kinda how I did it. Like, I went through a crazy like serial dating phase in high school and like college and then after I broke up with the last girl, I was like, I'm just gonna start writing music and that's when I started writing music and like didn't talk to a girl for like two years.

Do you think that that relationship affected if you were gonna get into music period or not? Um, Or would you have always done it?

I mean, I grew up playing drums, so like I was always attached to music, but like writing music, like lyrically, stuff like that that never really like did anything for me until like I feel like they gave me something to write about. Yeah. I feel like I just needed like to get something off my chest, which was like the first time I felt like that in a while. And um, yeah, it kinda like sparked all of this, which is insane. So.

Has she hit you up since you blew up?

Yeah. For sure.
