Jaime Pressly's divorce is official

Jaime Pressly's marriage is officially over after a judge finalised her divorce.

The My Name Is Earl actress split from her lawyer husband Simran Singh in December (10) and filed divorce papers in January (11), citing irreconcilable differences.

Pressly, who has since moved on with new boyfriend Hamzi Hijazi, has now reached a settlement with Singh, according to E! News.

The actress is reportedly entitled to keep her house in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, a 2008 Chrysler car, as well as her business J'aime Productions as part of the agreement, while Singh will keep a Miami Beach property in Florida and a BMW car in the deal.

Pressly has also been ordered to hand over an Equalisation Payment.
