The star's representative has confirmed reports he and his girlfriend, Kathryn Wahl, are set to tie the knot after Parrish, 27, appeared to announce the news to his followers by posting a photo on WhoSay.com of his bride-to-be prominently showing off a new ring he gave her as she kisses him on the cheek.
He added the caption, "...she didn't say no."
