Holly Madison to become a mom

Playboy model-turned-reality star Holly Madison is set to become a first-time mom.

Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriend, who is currently dating event planner Pasquale Rotella, has filed adoption papers and is due to welcome a child from Africa or South Korea in the coming months.

She tells In Touch magazine, "I've started the adoption process. I really want to be a mommy."

And while the blonde beauty, who stars in popular Las Vegas act Peepshow, hasn't ruled out having a baby of her own in the future, she does not want to sacrifice her career just yet.

She adds, "I love performing in the theater, and you can't really do that when you're pregnant."
