The Pop That hitmaker, real name Karim Kharbouch, made the split official in a New Jersey courthouse on Monday (29Sep14).
Montana parted ways from his now ex-wife in 2012 after five years of marriage.
They are parents to five-year-old son Kruz.
The hip-hop mogul was recently linked to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian, but the two reportedly parted ways in September (14) after eight months of dating.
