Actor and musician Drake Bell has pleaded not guilty to a count of driving under the influence.
The former child star, 30, was pulled over in Glendale, California on 21 December (15), after police officers allegedly spotted his vehicle swerving and abruptly stopping at a red light.
Bell reportedly failed a field sobriety test, and then refused to take a chemical test.
His arrest came five-and-a-half-years after he was convicted of driving under the influence in San Diego, California in May, 2010.
If convicted in his latest offense, the former Drake & Josh star faces a year in county jail. He is due back in court in August (16).
