Demi Lovato celebrates birthday at Madhouse

Demi Lovato celebrated her 19th birthday at showman Jeff Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood on Thursday night (18Aug11).

The singer/actress started her celebrations two days early because she'll be at pal Kim Kardashian's wedding on her actual birthday (20Aug11).

Guests at the glam rock-themed party included dancer Derek Hough.

The alcohol-free bash was a joint birthday celebration with her clothing designer friend Hanna Beth.
