Hey, young Hollywood, it's Joe Wilderman and we are here with Demi Lovato.

You've been keeping busy last time we spoke to you.

Actually, I have not even taken my driver's test class because, well, I've been a little busy.

Have you done that yet?

No. I haven't. No.

So, uh, without without a driver's license and a permit. Neither one.

I know.

You've been busy with Sunny with a Chance. How is that going?

It's been really good. Each episode gets funnier and funnier. So, hopefully, you guys will think the same.

We're in the holiday spirit and now we're at the tree lighting. What are your holiday plans?

I always spend my holidays in Texas. Texas every Christmas day. We my aunt Lisa, she cooks us breakfast and it's like French toast and sausage and it's just so good. And then we always go to my grandma's house.

Favorite holiday dishes?

You know, it's weird. I don't even like turkey. I don't like turkey, but I'll take stuffing. Stuffing's good.

Now, I've seen you perform live on stage. You have an amazing presence, great energy. What's your secret?

It's magic. I know how excited I get when I go to see concerts of people that I love and I know every song of theirs. So, to know that there are people in the audience that are excited to see me. It just it's still surreal and I hope it never changes. I hope I never get used to it.

Now, I took my little sister to the Roxy this summer to see your show and the Jonas Brothers showed up. Is there like a sense of family with you guys, a Disney family?

Yeah, definitely. They came to support me because they had a day off and on their day off they came to my show, which was just it was awesome. It felt great and um they're really great guys and um yeah. They're what you see is what you get. We don't get to see each other often cuz they're shooting D. J. and I'm shooting D. J.

I talked to your friend Selena Gomez over the summer and she said you guys keep in touch by text message.

Demi Lovato's been my best friend since I was seven.

Still doing that?

Yeah, I just talked to her today actually. Yeah.
