Editors at the men's magazine have started to unveil who appears on the list and the singers, along with Iggy Azalea, Lana Del Rey, Rita Ora, Kacey Musgraves, Carrie Underwood, Kellie Pickler and Christina Aguilera are featured.
The Drunk in Love hitmaker takes the 21st spot, while Rihanna comes in at 11 and Shakira sits at 38.
The full list and who landed the coveted number one spot will be released on 3 June (14).
