Oscar winner Anne Hathaway is in negotiations to replace Reese Witherspoon in a new comedy with Robert De Niro.
The Legally Blonde star pulled out of The Intern last month (Jan14), citing scheduling difficulties, and now Hathaway has been tipped to take over her role in the movie.
If she signs on, the Les Miserables actress will play an online business owner who is assigned a retiree (De Niro) as an intern, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
