The Love Story hitmaker took legal action against 16 individuals who were found to be selling fake Swift goods while she was on the road last year (09).
A federal judge in a Nashville, Tennessee court granted the singer a default judgement last week (ends01Oct10) after the defendants failed to respond to the lawsuit.
As a result, the 16 street vendors have been banned from manufacturing or selling any further merchandise bearing Swift's face or name.
