One Direction hit the red carpet in New York for the U.S. premiere of their new movie This Is Us on Monday (26Aug13).
The five singers - Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson - arrived in Times Square, and were welcomed by a flock of fans who were hoping to get a glimpse of the boyband.
On arrival, Styles tells Digital Spy, "It is very exciting, I think it's crazy we have a premiere in the first place, let alone in America."
Tomlinson adds, "I just hope everyone likes it, and thanks for the support that everyone has given, and this is more for them so big up."
The What Makes You Beautiful hitmakers walked away with the Song of the Summer award for their hit single Best Song Ever at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (25Aug13).
