Nicki Minaj is still pinching herself with disbelief after landing a starring role opposite Cameron Diaz in a new comedy.
The Starships will play the actress' opinionated assistant in Nick Cassavetes' upcoming film The Other Woman, and Minaj can't wait to share screen time with the Charlie's Angels beauty.
In a Twitter.com exchange with a fan on Monday (06May13), she was asked if she was excited to work with Cameron Diaz, to which she replied, "She's only the hottest person on the f**king planet!!!"
The star has since revealed that she has undergone her first costume fitting for the project - but it all still feels like a dream.
She tweets, "I just left my 1st FITTING for my 1st MOVIE and GOD is this really happening!??!?!"
Comedienne Leslie Mann, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Kate Upton also appear in the film, in which Diaz's character teams up with the wife of her boyfriend when she discovers he's married - and the two women plot revenge.
