Kristen Stewart has bowed out of her mum's directorial debut K-11 due to a scheduling conflict.
The young actress was slated to give her mother Jules Mann-Stewart's film career a big boost by starring in the upcoming drama, but Kristen Stewart has now been forced to step down, according to trade paper Variety.
However, the film will still be a family affair - Kristen's older brother Cameron is set to make his acting debut in K-11 as a jailed inmate named Sledgehammer.
K-11 is set for a 2012 release.
