The rapper's acclaimed 2017 release has topped the magazine's critics' picks top 50, beating out SZA's Ctrl and Lorde's Melodrama.
JAY-Z's 4:44 and Khalid's American Teen round out the top five, while the top 10 features Taylor Swift's Reputation at six and her ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris' Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 at seven.
Meanwhile, Harry Styles' Sign of the Times, which has topped many other end of year album lists, comes in at number 10.
