The actor, who played Dr. Jackson Avery in the hit medical series, and his real estate broker wife Aryn Drake-Lee are expecting their second child.
Editors at Us Weekly confirm that the couple, which already shares 18-month-old daughter Sadie, is adding to its brood.
Williams married Drake-Lee in 2012.
