The pop hunk sparked rumors of a new romance after he was photographed leaving a Los Angeles restaurant with Jenner on Wednesday night (20Nov13), but the Best Song Ever hitmaker admits he is unsure about where he stands with the 18-year-old model.
Asked by TV personality Piers Morgan if he is dating the beauty, Styles replied, "We just went out to dinner so no... I guess. I don't know."
The singer, 19, has a history of high-profile relationships - he famously dated Taylor Swift, while he has been linked to supermodel Cara Delevingne and British TV presenter Caroline Flack.
