Harry Styles is selling up in Los Angeles.
The One Direction star has put his Hollywood Hills mansion on the market for a little less than $8.5 million (GBP6.5 million).
The 23-year-old singer, who released his debut solo album earlier this month (May17), paid just less than $6.9 million (GBP5.3 million) for the pad last year (16).
The house features views of the Pacific Ocean and downtown Los Angeles, a gym, a screening room, and a swimming pool.
The news comes weeks after Harry was linked to the purchase of a three-bedroom condo in Manhattan’s TriBeCa neighborhood, where his neighbors would include Justin Timberlake, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, and Jennifer Lawrence.
