Eve sells property at a loss

Eve has finally sold her home in the Hollywood Hills - at a loss of more than $400,000.

The Barbershop star purchased the mansion for just under $1.78 million in 2005 and placed the property on the market in January, 2010.

The house failed to sell and she was forced to drop the price from its original listing of $2.3 million - and she has only now been able to offload the home at the reduced price of $1.33 million.
