Matt Damon, Sean Penn and Ben Stiller have filmed a spoof video to promote the charity set up by former U.S. President Bill Clinton.

The ex-American leader is celebrating the 10th anniversary of his Clinton Foundation, which encourages young people to take an interest in social matters, and to mark the milestone, Clinton has enlisted the help of his famous pals to raise awareness of the cause.

The actors, along with Kristen Wiig, Jack Black, Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen, star in the FunnyOrDie.com video, which shows the group form the foundation's airhead 'Celebrity Division'.

Stiller leads an unproductive fundraising brainstorming session with the stars, while Kevin Spacey and Clinton make cameo appearances in the clip.
