Comedian Andy Samberg has stunned fan by revealing he's leaving hit comedy show Saturday Night Live.
The funnyman, who is the brains behind the weekly show's star-studded digital short movies, has confirmed reports suggesting he'll be following Kristen Wiig, whose final SNL appearance came during last month's (May12) season finale.
Samberg tells the New York Times, "It's an incredibly emotional and strange moment in my life. Obviously it's not a huge shock, but I did officially decide not to come back... (It was) one of the hardest decisions I've ever made."
Samberg spent seven seasons on the show and is perhaps best remembered for his D**k in a Box comedy video with Justin Timberlake.
