Actress/singer Zooey Deschanel is expecting her first child with her producer boyfriend Jacob Pechenik.
The New Girl star announced the news on Tuesday (13Jan15) telling People.com, "Jacob and I are over the moon. We are so excited to meet our little one."
Deschanel has been dating the Jobs moviemaker since last year (14) when they met on the set of forthcoming movie Rock the Kasbah.
The star is in good company as her sister, fellow actress Emily, is also pregnant. The Bones star revealed last month (Dec14) that she is expecting her second child with actor/writer David Hornsby.
