Actor Zac Efron is nursing a broken jaw after a fall at his home.
The former High School Musical star, who hit the headlines earlier this year (13) after it was reported he had spent time in rehab for substance abuse issues, has reportedly had his mouth wired shut following the bizarre accident.
Sources tell TMZ.com, the actor slipped in a puddle of water at his home, smashed his jaw and cut his head open.
As a result of his accident, Efron is expected to miss a GQ magazine event in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (12Nov13).
