Steven Tyler attempted to leave a friendly note for Miley Cyrus when they both stayed at the same Helsinki, Finland hotel on Saturday (31May14).
The Aerosmith rocker posted a video titled 'Room Service in Helsinki' on his Facebook.com page, in which he is seen slowly approaching a door while whispering, "I think Miley Cyrus is here. But shh! She's very, very sleepy."
He held up a note written on hotel stationery, which read: "Tried to sneak into your room - got arrested... sorry I missed ya."
Tyler attempts to slide the note under the door, but can't seem to make it fit, saying, "I can't seem to get it in her door. Maybe I ought to bang on it."
He finally resorts to folding the paper and sticking it in the keycard slot, adding, "That's better," before turning around and walking away.
The Wrecking Ball hitmaker retweeted his video on Twitter.com, but there's been no sign on social media showing the pair meeting up.
Aerosmith played Helsinki's Hartwall Arena on Saturday night (31May14), while Cyrus took her Bangerz tour to the same venue on Sunday (01Jun14).
