Singer Solange will be honored with the Impact Award at Billboard's Women in Music event later this week (ends01Dec17).
The Cranes in the Sky hitmaker will be feted at the Ray Dolby Ballroom gala in Los Angeles on Thursday (30Nov17) for "using her voice to empower and develop new leaders of tomorrow through (her) on-air persona, platform, and philanthropic efforts to inspire social change across the masses."
Selena Gomez has been named the recipient of Billboard's Woman of the Year for 2017, while Kelly Clarkson, Mary J. Blige, Camila Cabello, Grace VanderWaal, and Kehlani will also be honored.
Ciara, who was feted as Woman of the Year in 2008, will host the event.
