Rivers Cuomo in earthquake scare

Buildings in the capital, Tokyo, were shaken by the quake although there were no early reports of significant damage or injury - but Cuomo was left unsettled by the incident as he's staying in a high-rise hotel.

In a post on his Twitter.com blog, he writes, "We just had an earthquake here in Japan so I was asking the Japanese tweeters how strong it was (and) where it was. I'm in a high-rise hotel."

Thousands of people were killed when a devastating earthquake and tsunami hit Japan's east coast in March (11).
