The R.I.P hitmaker was a guest on talk show Alan Carr: Chatty Man on Friday (20Mar15) and she wore a daring, low-cut silver crop top, but she was left red-faced when she had to readjust herself to preserve her modesty.
The incident is not the first time Ora has unintentionally flashed too much flesh - at last month's (Feb15) Academy Awards ceremony, she wore a sheer black dress that exposed her butt when photographed under flash lights.
The singer told chat show host Carr, "I swear I didn't think it was going to be that see through when I put it on. I don't have a pretend flash camera."
