Rihanna is reportedly in negotiations to buy a $10 million home in her native Barbados.
The Umbrella hitmaker is said to have placed an offer on the luxury property after renting it last month (Dec14).
Britain's The Sun newspaper reports Rihanna's mother, Monica Braithwaite, will also live in the house, which boasts four bedrooms, a library, a swim-up bar, gym and wine cellar.
A source says, "It's likely her mother will live there most of the time if she goes ahead with the sale."
