Jeremy Renner's representative has confirmed reports the actor has become a father, insisting he is "beyond thrilled".
The Avengers star dated Sonni Pacheco last year (12) and she allegedly discovered she was pregnant after they split.
The Oscar nominee, 42, did not comment on the reports when it broke in January (13), but now his representative has confirmed that Renner and Pacheco, who have since reunited, are proud parents to a daughter named Ava Berlin Renner.
A statement issued to People.com on Friday (29Mar13) reads: "They are beyond thrilled. Mother and daughter are doing great."
