R&B singer Ray J has become embroiled in a dispute over a pet dog he shared with his ex-girlfriend after calling off their relationship last week (ends10Oct14).
The One Wish hitmaker broke up with Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood reality TV star Princess Love on Thursday (09Oct14), but the split turned nasty after the pair clashed over who should get to keep its Maltese puppy Boogotti.
According to TMZ.com, the dispute turned physical, prompting Ray J's security guards to step in to break up the fight.
The singer eventually won the battle to keep hold of the cute pooch.
Boogotti was one of three white Malteses the former couple owned together.
