In the spooky episode - part of The Simpsons' annual Halloween 'Treehouse of Horror' shows - Radcliffe plays a mysterious youngster called Edmund, a reference to Robert Pattinson's Edward in Twilight.
Edmund falls in love with Lisa but his vampire ways are said to be foiled when he takes a bite out of Simpsons patriarch Homer and becomes ill from the large amounts of cholesterol in his blood.
The episode is set to air in the coming weeks as part of the Halloween holiday at the end of the month (31Oct10).
