The star has jetted to the island of Maui with her partner River Viiperi for a romantic vacation, and they celebrated their first year as a couple during their trip.
Hilton marked the occasion on Tuesday (28May13) by enjoying a lavish meal at Maui's upmarket Spago restaurant with Viiperi, and she subsequently told her Twitter.com followers about the special evening.
In a post on the social networking website, she writes, "Just had a romantic one year anniversary dinner at Spago with River Viiperi. Beautiful atmosphere and amazing food. Happy. Love."
She added a picture of the happy couple staring into each other's eyes with the caption, "Wait for the boy that would do anything to be your everything."
