Nicki Minaj made a special visit to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania on Thursday (06Aug15) to meet the world's first double hand transplant kid.
En route to a concert in New Jersey, the Anaconda hitmaker took time out to visit sick fans like eight-year-old Zion Harvey, who is recovering from surgery last month (Jul15).
The youngster lost his hands to a bacterial infection as a toddler.
The hip-hop star, who posted photos on herself with the kids at the hospital on social media, urged her followers and fans to volunteer at local hospitals and put a smile on patients' faces.
She tweeted, "If you need something to do in your spare time, try this... I left feeling so inspired by these incredibly strong, beautiful, dynamic children. Pray for them, you guys. They would've melted your heart."
