The singer was in the middle off her song Adore You when she noticed security staff trying to stop an audience member snapping a shot and halted the show to berate them for bullying a fan.
Cyrus raged, "You can't take a picture at a concert? What the fk is that? Someone just got in trouble for taking a picture of the fking concert. That's why you guys paid $1,000 a fking ticket, so you can take a fking picture of me. F**k."
