Marlon Wayans swears by twice annual cleanse

Funnyman Marlon Wayans takes his health so seriously he embarks on two 21-day cleanses every year.

The Haunted House and Scary Movie star gives up alcohol, red meat, gluten, wheat and dairy for the duration of the detox and he insists it makes him a better person.

Wayans explains, "It's two shakes a day... It's no fun, but, man, it really changes your body and physically and spiritually you feel real close to, like, God... I seen him (sic)!

"It does something to your system too, like, you fart and it smells like air conditioning."
