But Mariah Carey's rep insists the dad-to-be has got nothing to worry about - the singer is not in labour.

The Hero hitmaker was briefly hospitalized at the weekend (26-27Mar11) after experiencing contractions on Saturday night.

Mariah Carey is expecting twins in May (11).
