Jack Osbourne's girlfriend has confirmed reports the pair is engaged.

Online rumours circulated overnight on Thursday (29Sep11) suggesting Ozzy Osbourne's son had proposed to aspiring actress Lisa Stelly.

Now Stelly has confirmed the happy news on her Twitter.com page, writing, "The most amazing man I've ever met asked me to marry him... and he wasn't joking! Crazy, right."
