Kim Kardashian's mother Kris Jenner is facing legal action amid allegations a 19th birthday party she organized for her daughter Kendall in the Hollywood Hills last year (14) left the rented property a complete wreck.
Gabriel Fedida agreed to lend the home for $10,000 so Jenner could host a small dinner party for 15 people to celebrate model Kendall Jenner's big day back in November (14).
However, he states the reality TV matriarch instead used the pad to throw a huge bash, with an estimated 100 guests, who allegedly caused $101,450 in damages to the house.
Fedida claims he can no longer rent out the place in its current state and is seeking $150,000 in compensation, reports TMZ.com.
Jenner has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
