The reality TV star's vehicle was caught up in a smash in Los Angeles' Tarzana neighborhood, according to Us Weekly.
She was taken to nearby Providence Tarzana Medical Center on Sunday (21Apr13) to be checked over by doctors, who gave her the all clear to recover at home.
