The 22 year old confesses that before scoring a record deal she "was going to go to (New York college) Barnard to be a psychologist".
And the singer admits as a high school student, she even crashed college classes in her Nashville, Tennessee hometown for fun. She tells People.com, "I'd drive down to Belmont (University) and sit in on a cold war his tory class. I love learning."
