Jodie Sweetin's estranged husband has hit back at the former Full House star's demand for full custody of their daughter in new legal papers.
Musician Morty Coyle exchanged vows with the actress in California in March, 2012, but Sweetin filed for separation in June (13).
Citing irreconcilable differences for the split, the star also demanded full custody rights of the pair's two-year-old daughter, Beatrix - but Coyle has now lodged his own papers in the case.
He wants a judge to award him joint custody and to block the court from awarding Sweetin spousal support, according to TMZ.com.
