The father of two reveals he was showing off his sporting skills when he landed awkwardly in the water and he has taken to Instagram.com to share a snap of his impressive front dive - moments before he hurt himself.
Alongside the shot, he writes, "Dislocated my shoulder doing this dive...but it was worth it dammit! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend."
