Young actress Jennette Mccurdy is mourning the loss of her mother following her death from cancer.
The 21-year-old iCarly star's mom, Debra McCurdy, passed away on Friday (20Sep13) after spending 17 years fighting breast cancer.
She went into remission, but the illness subsequently returned and spread to her brain.
A representative for the actress says, "Jennette has suffered an unimaginable loss. Please respect her and her family's privacy at this time of mourning. She appreciates the love and support of her fans."
