Jay-Z is working on an experimental new album - he's already started his follow up to The Blueprint 3 before his latest disc is even released.
The rap superstar's 11th solo studio disc hits record stores on Tuesday (08Sep09), four days before its original release date of 11 September (09).Jay-Z reveals he's started putting together tracks for his next CD, but he's not expecting this album to be a chart hit because it's full of experimental songs.He tells MTV.com, My next album, which I'm working on now, is gonna be the album that (is) not gonna be a number one album.
