Selena Gomez hit the stage for her first gig since her pre-weekend (09-10Jun11) hospitalisation on Monday (13Jun11) and assured fans she was fine.
Gomez was supposed to hit the stage with her band The Scene for a concert to promote her new film Monte Carlo in Santa Monica, California on Friday (10Jun11) - but her hospitalisation forced promoters to postpone the gig.
The show was rescheduled for Monday afternoon (13Jun11) and a healthy Gomez thanked young fans for turning up, telling them, "If you guys came on Friday, I'm so sorry that I couldn't be here... I love you guys very much."
Talking about her illness, the teenager said, "I was just very malnourished... low on iron and exhausted."
