Gloria Estefan & Ricky Martin bring Latin love to Glee

Gloria Estefan and Ricky Martin are set to join the cast of Glee for a Latino-themed episode in the New Year (12).

Gloria Estefan will play mum to Naya Rivera's lesbian character Santana, while Ricky Martin will play a Spanish teacher.

The Livin' La Vida Loca singer is expected to appear in more than one upcoming episode.

Confirming the news, executive producer Adam Anders tells Billboard.com, "We just announced Ricky Martin and Gloria Estefan for a Spanglish episode. We're just starting the planning."
